Orientation Program Held for Our First Year Students

An orientation program was organized for first year students who have recently joined the Department of Computer Engineering at Balıkesir University Faculty of Engineering.

As part of the program, our students met with the academic staff of the department and had the opportunity to get to know our faculty members and research assistants. Information was provided about the department, academic processes, education and university life, while students were also able to discuss their questions with our academic staff.

The program continued with visits to the Balıkesir University Library and Youth Center, where students learned about the academic and social facilities and services available to them throughout their university education.

Our students also attended the First Lecture of the Academic Year organized by the Faculty of Engineering. Through these activities, our new students had the opportunity to become familiar with both the academic environment of the faculty and university life.

As the Department of Computer Engineering, we once again welcome all our first year students and wish them a successful and productive academic journey.
